Title:  Business Digitalization Manager

Your responsibilities would include:


  • defining and shaping the Automation long-term strategy and vision for HGSS and processes including development and delivery of the automation roadmap
  • defining business cases for automation
  • aligning with any other initiatives taking place in HEINEKEN which can affect the automation delivery agenda
  • being accountable for delivery of automation roadmap based on business cases and productivity defined
  • working closely with Leadership/key stakeholders – present and get buy in on approach and automation delivery:

        - Global Process Owners/ Product Owners for alignment with process direction and design

        - Operations for building backlog, prioritization of initiatives and quantifying business outcomes

        - D&T for communicating business requirements and ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions based on Digital and Technology (D&T) Finance agile teams and developers

        - HGSS Director and Finance Management Team for aligning and reporting the progress

  • building / maintaining / developing Automation CoE (Business side)
  • ensuring efficient utilization of resources with cost efficiency and quality prioritized
  • driving proactively all relevant communication related to digitalization agenda and automation roadmap delivery using relevant available communication channels
  • cooperating with Change and Comms Department for bigger changes and structured communication
  • keeping all stakeholders engaged or informed as per communication plan
  • being involved in budgeting cycles to ensure that Automation budget is accounted for
  • monitoring market trends and available solutions in order to propose the best option improvements / automations
  • actively working with Global Process Owners (GPO) to understand situation in the other regions, connects with other regions to share the good practices around automation and offer solutions to be developed by Digital and Technology (D&T)Federated Team
  • exploring end to end finance process and proposing automation solutions for the OpCos (incl. part of the process executed with the OpCo)
  • together with Digital and Technology (D&T) exploring the variety of different technologies to be used for process digitalization.


You are a good candidate if:


  • you have Master degree – in business, finance, economical or technical discipline
  • you have at least 7 years of experience in Innovation / Digitalization Manager role, Finance Leadership role/Product Ownership role
  • you are inspiring leader with strong relationships within HEINEKEN organization to influence, support and drive priorities
  • you have strong background in customer-focused technology business
  • you have business domain expertise for finance (PtP, OtC, RtR, BPM)
  • you have ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
  • you know how to delegate;
  • you know how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills;
  • you have a deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about the architecture frameworks.
  • you have ability to prepare business case
  • you know how to priorities correctly
  • you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
  • you preferably have experience with working in an Agile environment
  • you have an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management;
  • you are able to push back, but also able to pull when necessary
  • you have excellent written and verbal English
