You will be the key connector between Digital & Technology teams and the Commerce function, ensuring that technology is not just a support function but a driving force behind sales performance, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will guide commercial leaders through complex digital landscapes, translating technological potential into tangible business results.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:
 

1. Partnering for Growth

  • Work side by side with Commerce leaders, Sales teams, and Marketing to understand their ambitions and challenges, ensuring IT strategies fuel their success.
  • Bridge the gap between IT and commercial operations, fostering alignment, clarity, and strategic execution.
     

2. Leading Transformation

  • Own high-impact IT projects that optimize sales processes, digital customer interactions, and trade execution.
  • Prioritize technology investments with a sharp focus on commercial effectiveness and resource management.
     

3. Driving Innovation

  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, identifying and implementing emerging technologies that can revolutionize sales forecasting, trade execution, and market insights.
  • Shape the future of IT in the beer industry by integrating smart, data-driven solutions into the commercial landscape.
     

4. Championing Change

  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring new technologies are embraced, adopted, and maximized for impact across sales and marketing functions.
  • Equip teams with the tools and training needed to thrive in an evolving digital marketplace.
     

5. Measuring Success

  • Define clear KPIs and performance metrics to track IT’s contribution to sales performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Provide senior leadership with data-backed insights that drive continuous improvement in commercial operations.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • A strong business mindset paired with deep IT expertise.
  • Broad experience in IT business partnership, ideally in Commerce, FMCG, or a fast-moving industry.
  • Proven success in project management, strategic planning, and change leadership.
  • The ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies, particularly in sales and marketing environments.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
