Title:  IT Senior Project Methodology Specialist

Delivering successful projects requires the right methodology. We are looking for a Senior Project Methodology Specialist to drive best practices in project management. In this role, you will be responsible for refining, implementing, and maintaining project methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across Digital & Technology (D&T) initiatives. Your expertise will support teams in delivering high-quality projects aligned with business goals.

 

Your responsibilities in this position: 

 

  • Methodology Development: Define, implement, and continuously improve D&T project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business needs.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training on project methodologies, tools, and best practices for D&T project managers and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze project execution to identify pain points and propose improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Standardization & Documentation: Maintain clear, structured project management templates, guidelines, and documentation to support consistency across teams.
  • Collaboration & Advisory: Work closely with D&T leadership and business units to tailor methodologies to different types of D&T projects and organizational needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key project management KPIs to measure methodology adoption and project success.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Strong background in D&T project management with expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks.
  • Ability to train and coach project managers on best practices and methodology usage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
