Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enhancing employee productivity through innovative tools? Join us as a Senior Adoption & Effectiveness Specialist and play a key role in increasing employee efficiency through the effective implementation and adoption of digital tools, with a particular focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and other collaboration and automation solutions.

 

As a Senior Adoption & Effectiveness Specialist you will be responsible for:

 

  • Tool Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement an adoption strategy for Microsoft 365 tools and other digital solutions.
  • Training and Support: Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding and user engagement with new systems. Provide technical support and assist users in resolving issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze current work processes (AS-IS analysis) to identify improvement opportunities through automation and technology.
  • Educational Content Creation: Design user-friendly educational materials such as tutorials, guides, and e-learning courses.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to seamlessly integrate new tools into daily workflows.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Track adoption levels, identify user barriers, and implement corrective actions to enhance system effectiveness.
  • Building Digital Culture: Promote a digital culture and modern collaboration methods, including hybrid work solutions.

 

What We’re looking for:

 

  • Proven experience in driving digital tool adoption, preferably within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for process evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in creating educational materials and e-learning content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
