Sales Compliance Analyst

Business development and sales – a challenging, yet rewarding and fulfilling role! AB Heineken Philippines (ABHP) is a new player in the country’s beer market, and our goal is to change consumer’s behavior when it comes to their choices for beer. A beer that is premium, all-natural, and easy on the wallet – and that’s Heineken! 

  

Job context 

  • 10AM - 8PM, mostly on-field

  • 5 day work week (Monday - Friday) 

  • One-year ixed-term contract (includes benefits such as HMO, insurance etc.)

  • Includes statutory statements (SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG etc.)

 

Key Responsibilities 

As part of our ever-growing team, your role is to ensure the following: 

- Execute audit plan/route setup in Heineken sales application

- Accomplish Audit Reports based on independent assessment and identify improvement areas for PICOS execution in the outlets

- Provide oversight and monitoring of the plan of actions cascaded by Management and maintain a monitoring routine

- Verify the existence and monitor the functionality of commercial assets deployed to the sales outlets

- Gather, consolidate, and interpret critical and analytical information that will help Management in business decisions and strategies'

Perform other related ad-hoc functions as may be assigned

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably business or IT-related) 

  • Candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales are highly-preferred 

 

Skills Needed 

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills

We prefer candidates who already have sales experience within the FMCG industry. However, applicants from other industries who are hungry to learn more, and are willing to be trained will be considered and encouraged to apply.
