Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for eCommerce Operations Executive who will be in-charge of managing multiple delivery centres of


Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which includes, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance.


In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence and customer service. Previous leadership experience is a plus.


To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers for report preparation and communication.


Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track of the inventory in multiple warehouse
  • Accounting on the stocks sold in multiple channels
  • Reporting all the sales on a weekly basis
  • Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of Delivery personnel.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees
  • To have a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Approving work hours
  • Ensure great customer service at all levels


Supervisor Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethics
  • Ability to work and drive the Heineken experience
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Proactive organizational skills
  • College graduate, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
