BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- Drive & monitor sales performance across the territory, develop relationships with Business owners / management and key personnel to ensure sales volumes are maximized, and that SPB products are served according to company presentation and quality guidelines
- Execute outlet specific customer volume driving activities where required to enhance trade standards, sales and customers relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to respective stakeholders
- Ensure all customers consistently carry the require SP Brewery of products portfolio. Identify and address product ranging and points of execution gaps across outlets, negotiate with business owners and or managers to achieve excellent outlet execution standards.
- Ensure retail pricing compliance to RRP and in line with SPB indexed pricing guidelines.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions initiated by marketing per the calendar and/or by sales to drive volume and revenue KPIs activities with post evaluation results.
- Ensure innovations are driven with speed to market in line with new product launch and distribution objectives set by the business are actively achieved.
- Actively ensure the outlets in the universe is fully ranging relevant brand /pack types whilst manage the proper product rotation throughout warehouse into the fridges using FIFO guidelines.
- Monitor freshness across all outlets and ensure that preventative plans and measures are in place to avoid issues.
- Ensure that all required sales administration tasks including reporting are updated, completed and submitted on time.
- Manage all point-of-sale material execution in line with outlet execution standard set by trade marketing.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and threats to business and submit detailed reports and evidence through to management.
- Ensure the timely collection of payments from credit customers and take responsibility in proactively following up on accounts falling into arrears and update.
- Take responsibility for attending SPB supported functions and events where required to drive brand / product awareness.
- Must demonstrate a preventative and proactive behavior towards safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Complete all data collection requirements on each sales call including the updating of outlet information relating to customer contact detail, channel, segment, product and pricing information for SPB, competitor information, cold drink equipment detail, stock counts and promotion.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to respective stakeholders Co-ordinate information collection and processing with respective stakeholders as required
- Ensure the company’s CBE assets are utilized effectively by having the correct equipment in each outlet to maximize sales of cold beer.
- In conjunction and liaison with the Trade Services Manager coordinate requirements for repairs of CBE and ensure preventative maintenance work is completed.
- Plan all forward CBE requirements by brand / model to meet assigned territory requirements.
- Ensure that all container stores within assigned territory are being utilized effectively and delivering profitable returns for the business – this includes management CBE, licensing, additional equipment.
- Plan all forward store requirements by type to meet assigned territory needs. Complete basic preventative maintenance requirements for fridges
ELIGIBILITY
- Current class 3/6 driver’s license – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT LICENCE
- Must possess some experience in a Sales role and minimum of grade 12 and or Diploma or Degree in Business or any related fields

- Current Police Clearance
