We’re excited to invite a motivated Marketing Controller to join our team and play a key role in our finance department. In this position, you'll partner closely with the Finance Manager and become an essential partner for our management team. Your insights and analytical skills will help drive strategic decisions and enhance our marketing initiatives. Main Duties will include:

 

  • Drive business process improvements and manage ATL/BTL initiatives as defined by the Finance Manager.
  • Assist Management in setting, analyzing, controlling, and updating all operating targets, objectives, plans, and budgets. Propose recommendations for improvements and opportunities for further development to enhance performance (e.g., Commercial Spending Productivity).
  • Oversee the governance cycle for the company, including Strategic and Annual Plans, with a focus on ATL/BTL agendas.
  • Lead projects related to ATL/BTL initiatives.
  • Ensure conceptual consistency and governance of changes to management information systems within the company (e.g., Excellent Outlet Execution in Fulcrum, market share, commercial assets like fridges).
  • Monitor projects by selecting critical action plans, reviewing results, recommending corrective actions, and contributing to team efforts by achieving related results.

 

Qualification & Experience:

 

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Post Graduate Degree / MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in managing self, influencing peers and superiors, and leading to achieve results.
  • Hands-on, proactive mentality with high integrity.
  • PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Strong team player with an open personality.
  • Hardworking and able to take initiative.
