Central Route Settlement Supervisor
Exciting Career Opportunity: Central Route Settlement (CRS) Supervisor
The Order to Cash (OtC) team is seeking a highly motivated personnel member to play a pivotal role in managing the Company’s Route Settlement Process. The identified person will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on route settlement for empties, trade returns, evacuation of empties, and facilitate reconciliation of posted transactions.
In this role you will:
- Showcase good understanding of SAP Modules: Ensure route settlement postings are processed through the approved channel in line with Company’s laid down policies & procedures.
- Demonstrate Excel Use proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to reconcile posted shipments and related accounts, identify differences and follow-up for final resolution.
- Demonstrate good supervision and team management skills: Supervise the activities of the Route Settlers to drive actualization of the Company’s objectives.
- Engage and manage stakeholders and drive process improvement: Work and engage with different stakeholders to ensure timely allocation, posting, and reconciliation of transactions. Identify opportunities and follow through improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate route settlement of shipments:
- Access and analyze data from related systems and allocate for posting on SAP ERP
- Perform route settlement of transactions
- Follow up with the relevant stakeholders where issues are noted for timely resolution
- Timely engage and resolve technology-related issues where they arise
- Reconciliation of postings and accounts:
- Drive timely and accurate reconciliation of route settlement postings
- Reconcile warehouse postings with the brewery locations and depots
- Management of stakeholders to ensure no valid transaction is unposted or delayed
- Review and control activities:
- Preparation of weekly and monthly performance and control reports for different functions: Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance Functions
- Supervision and team management:
- Supervise a team of Route Settlers
- Coordination of Route Settlers’ daily activities and provision of coaching/guidance
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions on the Route Settlement Process for various related teams (Logistics, Laboratory, Security, and CRS)
- Other Activities:
- Troubleshooting of connected systems (SAP, E-POD, and LOPIS) and liaise with technical teams (D&T and Sales Systems) for system analysis and issue resolution
- Timely resolution of complaints from locations, customers, and transporters
Educational Qualification
Minimum:
B.Sc. Degree/HND from a recognized university.
Work Experience
Minimum:
1 – 2 years’ experience in Route Settlement Process or Logistics Operations
