We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable Production Assistant to help us deliver high-quality beer with efficiency, safety, and pride. Based in our Tuatara Brewery (Brewtown), you'll support our Packaging Manager to keep operations running smoothly and to the highest standards.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Run production tasks efficiently, safely, and to schedule
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow SOPs
  • Assist with resolving production issues
  • Flag maintenance needs and support equipment care
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Promote and support health & safety on the floor

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
  • Forklift licence (a bonus, not a must)
  • Great communication and willingness to learn
