Trade Activation Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and deliver the Trade Marketing strategy and execution of DBs RTDs, Seltzer & Cider portfolio with customers and shoppers.


Reporting to our Head of Channel Marketing, you’re the vital link between Sales and Marketing, the one who connects people and ideas to bring our brands and strategies to life in order to win at point of purchase through flawless execution.  With the assistance of a Trade Marketing Executive reporting to you, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, leading the development and delivery of our Customer & Shopper Activation Strategy and bringing plans to fruition with our key retail and on-premise customer partners, and Field Sales team. 


In this role, you’ll get to be part of an engaged, high-performing team and your background as an experienced Trade Activation Manager or FMCG sales or marketing professional who’s looking to broaden your cross-functional experience within an iconic NZ company will compliment the skills of our existing team.  Your referees will tell us you’re well known for excellence in execution, that you’re passionate about (and a champion for) customers and shoppers, and have a flair for challenging the status quo with new solutions.  It’s important that you can demonstrate commercial acumen and strong project management skills, communicate with passion and clarity, and have a focus on not only achieving results but also tracking and measuring them.


With one direct report, responsible for supporting the entire Trade Marketing team, you’ll have a natural aptitude for coaching and mentoring, and a knack for inspiring positive contribution.
