TPM & Safety Manager

We're looking  a Continuous Improvement Manager to support the Customer Service, Logistics & Planning (CSLP) teams across New Zealand based out of our Auckland Head Office.


This is a unique and interesting role that'll have you coordinating, organising and supporting the implementation of our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme which will align to drive priority one KPIs and overall business strategy.  You'll train, coach and mentor team members as and when the situation calls, and lead many exciting improvement activities priorities.


You'll also take a leading role in driving our CSLP team’s data and digital transformation, champion the Safe Home Every Day culture, while helping to educate our people around Heineken Rules policies and procedures, and New Zealand legislative standards.


To succeed in this role, you'll have five years experience in a manufacturing, logistics or engineering environment and, while not essential, a relevant Supply Chain or Engineering qualification.  A bonus would be having strong management experience in safety management and legislation, however if you have a strong continuous improvement background and are keen to pick up and learn Health & Safety as part of your role then we are happy to provide additional training in this area.


You'll be action orientated, curious, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels and have a desire to make positive change.  You won't directly lead people but will need to be a leader in your own right as these roles are at the centre of our organisation, so the ability to influence in a complex environment, whilst being an expert in all things continuous improvement will be critical.
