About this job...

As Supply Chain Training Coordinator, you will be a key player supporting the supply chain function to develop our talented people, on the floor, in the yard and everywhere in between. You will facilitate learning in the team and champion a “Thirsty for better” mentality. You will ensure that all SOP’s and compliance documentation are current and usable. Being able to identify any gaps in skills and knowledge will be key to your success in this position.

 

You will deliver the goods by:

  • Regularly completing a training needs analysis and making recommendations based on these findings.
  • Delivering shop floor training to create effective coaches and trainers on the shop floor.
  • Managing the Supply Chain learning budget.
  • Standardising training content for all business units.
  • Supporting the people development plan for supply chain.

About you…

  • Preference for a bachelor’s in business, HR, or Adult Education qualification.
  • 5 + years core Learning & Development/Training experience, – FMCG Experience preferred.
  • Comfortable in a manufacturing environment??
  • Knowledge of Technical SOP writing with
  • Experience in facilitating courses and developing training need analysis
  • Experience with NZQA requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering training programmes based on the 70-20-10 methodology.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems – at DB, we use TPM.
