About the role

Revenue Management is a key strategic priority for DB Breweries. As Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by owning Revenue Management for the Traditional & Wholesale channels, while partnering closely with Commerce, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll provide insight-led recommendations across pricing, promotions, mix, and trade terms, supporting strong commercial decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead revenue management analytics across pricing, pack price architecture and trade terms investment; support on mix and promo optimization.
  • Act as the RM lead and advisor for the Traditional & Wholesale channels, ensuring alignment and execution of RM strategy.
  • Set pricing guardrails and monitor price realization.
  • Provide commercial insights to Sales, Finance and Marketing to support strategic decision making.
  • Support annual pricing reviews, integrated business planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Proactively track RM performance throughout the year and drive continuous improvement through data-led insights.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Revenue Management practices.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, driving decision-making.
  • High commercial acumen, with understanding of customer landscape and drivers of value (FMCG or complex commercial environment experience preferred).
