Sales Support Executive

Location: Otahuhu, Auckland

Type of Contract: Full-time Permanent Contract

 

As DB's Sales Support Executive, you will manage credit processing, keep pricing and promotions on point, and deliver clear, timely sales insights. From tracking incentives to supporting consumer activations, you’ll make sure our field team has the tools they need to win in market. This role is all about driving efficiency, boosting sales, and keeping everything running smoothly.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage credit reporting and processing, including clearing requests in REX, tracking trends, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Deliver timely sales measurement reports using SAP, scan data, and mailer activity; refresh key reports to identify market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for trade incentives, ensuring accurate tracking and communication.
  • Oversee promotional submissions and manage the price book, including pricing for internal teams and allocated accounts.
  • Support consumer activations by creating store target lists, maintaining activation calendars, and aligning communication tools for the field team.
  • Drive operational excellence through accurate reporting and proactive support for business projects that enhance sales growth.

 

What you will bring to the role:

  • NCEA Level 2 qualification (Finance or Commerce preferred)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a category analyst, field sales, or junior finance role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a commercial role and familiarity with TPM systems (preferred)
