About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure our plans are aligned and supported by strong insights. You will manage the monthly demand review meetings and be responsible for improving forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and strengthening inventory and product availability outcomes. The role covers both the New Zealand market and export markets across an 18‑month planning horizon.

What you will do

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align business and planning needs.
• Produce insights and scenario models to support decision‑making.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes.
• Manage and enhance planning systems and tools.
• Support product range and SKU optimisation.

What you will bring

• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills, including competency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Experience with trade promotion systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional processes and collaborate effectively.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain, business, economics, or a related field.
