Marketing Manager - Beyond Beer

As DB’s Marketing Manager – Beyond Beer, you’ll lead brand, channel, and innovation strategies for the Beyond Beer portfolio, including Tui, Odd Company, White Claw, and white space opportunities, aligning with DB’s growth goals. You’ll manage brand execution across ATL/BTL/digital, NPD, and budget optimisation, working with cross-functional teams and agencies to drive commercial outcomes and build brand equity. With a focus on performance and creativity, you'll mentor an ABM and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative marketing culture.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute 1- and 3-year brand plans for Tui, White Claw, Odd Company and other Beyond Beer brands, including positioning, innovation, and ROI optimisation using zero-based budgeting.
- Embed brand plans into channel and sales strategies, collaborating with trade, sales, and hospitality teams to ensure alignment on SKU strategy, pricing, distribution, and promotions.
- Create and execute integrated ATL/BTL/Digital/PR campaigns, manage agency relationships, and ensure all brand messaging is consistent with strategic positioning.
- Identify NPD and white space opportunities, lead innovation projects through the Gate process, and manage launch execution and performance tracking.
- Own brand marketing budgets, optimise Gpnet per brand/SKU, and provide regular financial and performance reporting in collaboration with finance and senior marketing stakeholders.
- Represent DB brands internally and to HEINEKEN Asia Pacific, and support cross-functional alignment for brand initiatives.
- Mentor and guide the ABM – Beyond Beer, support their development into a high-performing marketer, and contribute to building a strong, collaborative marketing culture across the team.
What you will bring with you:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing (or related field) with proven experience at the Marketing Manager level, developing and executing brand plans that align with commercial outcomes.
- Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders locally and across APAC, building strong relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functional and external partners to drive business success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
- Proven capability to analyse market data and trends to identify opportunities, with the agility to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions.
- Strong commercial understanding of how marketing contributes to achieving broader financial and business goals.
