Maintenance Fitter - Mechanical (4-Shift Rotating)

DB Breweries is on the lookout for a hands-on and skilled Maintenance Fitter - Mechanical to join our Engineering team in Auckland. This is a full-time role on a 4-shift rotating roster, supporting our operations and ensuring our Brewery runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, helping to keep our machinery in top shape so we can keep delivering the high-quality products Kiwis love.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out mechanical maintenance – reactive, planned and preventive
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and contribute to equipment reliability
  • Support TPM and continuous improvement across the Brewery
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Utilities teams

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Mechanical trade qualification (NZCE or Advanced Trade Cert)
  • Experience in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing is ideal
  • Willingness to work 4-shift rotating roster
  • Strong team player with a proactive, safety-first approach
  • Must have valid New Zealand work rights
