L&D Coordinator - Supply Chain

Based in our Waitemata brewery in Otahuhu you will support all sites across New Zealand so will be adapt delivering training virtually and in person. Comfortable in a manufacturing environment you enjoy being on the shop floor, engaging and supporting the team here.  Naturally personable you have an ability to engage stakeholders across the Supply chain function as well as the wider business which includes HR and Health & Safety. Liaising with external third party education and training providers ensures you are able to execute training deliverables.

 

You will complete training needs analysis, a yearly training calendar ensuring you deliver and support functional competency training through coaching and development, you will manage the skills matrix which involves delivering technical learning and understanding to team and you bring with you the experience of delivering training on (CPI) Continuous Process Improvement.

As the lead in the People and Organisational Development (POD) pillar for our Supply Chain your work is used to form strategic workforce plans as well as help to shape the strategic direction for people of the Supply Chain at DB Breweries, so you are comfortable presenting and reporting to senior management.
