About the Role

As a Key Account Executive – Woolworths, you’ll play a key role in driving market share growth, managing key grocery accounts, and building lasting customer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to own sales performance, execute key commercial activities, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise our grocery channel performance.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own key sales targets, deliver impactful promotions, and help our brands shine on shelf.
  • Be the go‑to contact for major grocery retailers, growing long-term relationships that make a real difference.
  • Use tools like SAP, TPM, ACNielsen and Excel to spot trends, unlock opportunities, and help us make smarter decisions every day.
  • Lead our VMI process to make sure shelves stay full, customers stay happy, and new products land without a hitch.
  • Share insights and updates that help the team close distribution gaps and lift performance across the board.
  • Collaborate to ensure stock is ready, launches go live on time, and everything runs smoothly.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience & Knowledge: Previous experience in VMI, demand forecasting, or supply chain within the liquor industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting functions.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess inventory trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail & Administration: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory data, reporting, and order accuracy.
  • Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning, adapting to industry trends, and developing professionally within the role.
