About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to support our Foodstuffs South Island (FSSI) customers. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of admin, customer support, reporting, and sales support. You’ll work closely with our Business Manager and help make sure our products, promotions, and service levels are delivered smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of volume and profit targets and help deliver promotional plans effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key grocery customers to support long‑term success.
- Use tools like SAP, TPM, Nielsen and Excel to track performance, spot opportunities, and help improve our product offering.
- Manage VMI processes to keep stock available, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the smooth launch of new products.
- Share regular updates with the sales team to help them improve performance and address distribution gaps.
- Work closely with customers to maintain stock levels and support timely product launches.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience with VMI, forecasting, or supply chain is an advantage (liquor or FMCG is helpful but not essential).
- Strong Excel skills, especially in analysing data, reporting and forecasting.
- Able to review inventory trends, identify issues, and find practical solutions.
- Good organisational and admin skills to manage reporting, data accuracy and stock information.
- Keen to learn, adapt and grow your skills in this role.
