Finance Transition Manager

As a Finance Transition Manager (Fixed-Term, 12 Months), you’ll drive digital and data transformation within our Finance function, streamlining reporting, automating planning cycles, and enhancing business insights as part of HEINEKEN’s EverGreen strategy. You'll lead projects from scope to execution, consolidating tools, optimising processes, and ensuring a single source of truth. Engaging with stakeholders, managing resources, and tracking milestones, you’ll deliver meaningful improvements that future-proof our operations.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

General:

  • Define project scope, goals, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop plans, communication documents, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and manage resources/budgets.
  • Lead teams, delegate tasks, and resolve issues hands-on.
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and evaluate project success.

 

Your journey:

 

  • Prioritise and deliver reporting improvements with stakeholders.
  • Implement quick wins like CIL flat file uploads and user-friendly reporting.
  • Establish a single source of truth by consolidating reporting tools.
  • Support automation of the (Opco) company’s planning cycle (SOP, RoFo, AP & SP).

 

Your background and experience:

 

  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Azure Data Warehouse, SAP, SAC, and Anaplan
  • Functional expertise in ERP systems; knowledge of HEINEKEN is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent time management, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable in ambiguous situations, effectively managing complexity and time pressure
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to team process improvements
