About the Role
You’ll run the day‑to‑day of our engineering parts store, keep our data and stock accurate, and work closely with suppliers and our maintenance team. You’ll also champion simple, tidy ways of working (think 5S), and drive improvements that help technicians finish jobs faster and with less downtime
What you’ll do
- Own day‑to‑day operations of the Engineering Spare Parts Store to HEINEKEN and company standards (safety, food safety, compliance.
- Maintain accurate master data/MRP, and ensure efficient intaking, storage, staging, and replenishment of parts.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure timely, cost‑effective supply of engineering spares.
- Embed 5S and best‑practice stores processes; lead improvements that lift reliability and support maintenance efficiency.
- Coach and support store team members and maintenance technicians to follow and continuously improve spare parts standards.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in engineering stores, spare parts, inventory control, or a maintenance support environment.
- Strength in data accuracy and using MRP/ERP processes to manage inventory.
- Confidence partnering with technicians and suppliers; clear, practical communication.
- A continuous‑improvement mindset with familiarity across TPM/5S principles.
