You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the reliability and availability of all production and utilities equipment, and having a long-term focus and providing input to the planning and execution of Electrical, Automation and Mechanical maintenance and reliability improvement plans. Ensuring health, safety, and food safety is a priority.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Engineering Compliance - Supporting the following processes
  • Safety – Bowties. PSM, Heineken Safety Maintenance Standards & Improvements, ISO, Regulatory
  • Food Safety – support QP & Food Safety Teams with appropriate Maintenance Standards/Strategy, ISO, Regulatory
  • HeiQuest Compliance & Good practices
  • PCD Compliance
• Electrical Standards – responsible for management of Compliance to local regulations and internal standards
• Electrical & Automation Reliability Improvement
• Preventive Maintenance
• Supporting management of Automation and Control Hardware and Software Systems to ensure maximum plant up-time and reliability.
• Supporting administration and maintenance of existing automation systems, development, and implementation of new systems, providing technical support and training.
• Proposing AM support improvements for automation and support implementation.
• Responsible for the management of the Calibration Process and System for the Brewery.
• Responsible for the implementation of HACS (top down / bottom up) focusing on reducing electrical failures.
• Responsible for the management of maintaining automation back-up data (parameter, PLC, HMI etc.). Back-up of hardware machines to servers.
• Planned Maintenance.
• Supporting PCD Asset overview continuously updated and included in maintenance plan for software update and patching.
• Supporting maintenance planning team leader and maintenance team leaders with electrical preventive maintenance plans and plans to improve asset performance and/or reduce costs.
• Supporting optimisation of Electrical PM strategy (standards and tasks) and spare parts management through Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) process to extend life and reduce costs.
• Systematic Breakdown Analysis & Reduction.
• Lead and helping to coach systematic maintenance processes (i.e. SBDR, SMSR, MTTR) – Primarily in packaging.
• Leading Un-planned stops deployments related to electrical failures (BD%, MTBF, MTTR) to support improvement plans using TPM methodology to meet Line Performance targets.
• Capex Implementation.
• Responsible for managing implementation of a rolling project plan to replace obsolete and unsupported equipment and systems. Primarily in packaging and supporting brewing utilities as necessary.
• Support management of Automation Roadmap projects. Primarily in packaging and supporting brewing utilities as necessary.
• Support management of the Engineering led Brewery Capex plan and execution of projects (includes sustainability driven projects) through:
• Electrical Design and Installation.
• Automation Implementation.
• Process Engineering.

Your background and experiences

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience and managing of people.
• Mastered all foundation level activities and required experience for ME.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in maintenance engineering, supply and inventory management work processes.
• Strong facilitating skills and ample knowledge and experience in RCM, FMECA and TPM.
