D&T IT Support Analyst – 3-Month Fixed Term

  • Location: Auckland, NZ
  • Contract Period: 3 months: July, August, September 2025

 

Join us as an D&T IT Support Analyst and play a key role in delivering innovative tech solutions across the business. You'll manage Service Desk tickets, support business projects, and help drive IT improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues and manage Service Desk tickets
  • Identify and address IT risks proactively
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding
  • Deliver IT solutions aligned with business goals
  • Assist in global and local IT projects
  • Maintain the IT knowledge base

 

About You:

  • Degree in IT or related field
  • 2+ years' Service Desk experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft AD, Intune, Exchange
  • Strong grasp of cloud and digital technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full-time NZ work eligibility is a must
