Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Manager

As our Consumer Market Insights Manager at DB Breweries, you'll shape strategic decisions, measure marketing effectiveness, and drive a consumer-centric business.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support developing the business strategy, setting growth targets, and fostering partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams.
  • Forecasting, market sizing, as well as market analysis, mapping, and consumer trends identification across Beer, RTD, Cider, and any new growth opportunities
  • Lead consumer inspiration within the Marketing teams, refining brand proposition and positioning, and regularly sharing Brand Health measurement across the business.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness tools to improve ROI and inform portfolio ATL and BTL spend.
  • Market research and partnering with Region on consumer insights, as well as with category teams on shopper insights and category drivers.
  • Lead research projects to test concepts and develop quick concept testing tools for the innovation pipeline.

 

Your background and experience

  • Tertiary qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 7 years of related FMCG, commercial, and industry experience.
  • Demonstrated consumer research and analytic experience.
