About the Role

As our Business Controller – Commerce, you’ll partner closely with the Traditional Sales team to provide financial insights that shape commercial decisions. You’ll support forecasting, margin analysis, pricing, and month‑end processes while helping to strengthen DB’s commercial control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial insights on volume, revenue, and margins, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Finalise monthly forecasts and support annual planning and price modelling.
• Partner with Sales to drive profitable growth and evaluate promotional activity.
• Lead analysis on pricing, discounts, and stock clearance.
• Support NPD financial reviews and communicate insights back to Sales & Marketing.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and month‑end close activities.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Commercial or Management Accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen; FMCG experience preferred.
• High analytical capability.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management.
