  • Ideal opportunity if you've just completed trade training or a trade apprenticeship!

  • Welcoming team and some great employee benefits.

When you join DB, you become part of the HEINEKEN family, one of the largest beer and cider brewing companies in the world.  With more than 250 brands in 70 countries, we’re behind many Kiwis’ favourite brews – probably even yours.  So things just got very interesting for your career.

This is an ideal role for someone who's recently completed trade training or a trade apprenticeship, and the team will work with you to provide the practical experience you need to go far within our business.  All it'll take on your part is enthusiasm, a desire to add value, resilience, and a keenness to learn.

As part of our Supply Chain team, you’ll enjoy a fun team environment, with enthusiastic people who care about a good drop. We value innovation and individuality – it’s a place where you can feel free to be yourself, and be confident to share your ideas about how we can be even better. And sustainability’s a key part of how we do business, because we believe DB can be a positive force for change.  And as part of our aspiration to be the best place to work in NZ, we offer you:

  • Health, life and income protection insurances.

  • Competitive remuneration.

  • Professional development and training.

  • Diverse projects and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary co-workers.

  • A supportive, high performing team environment.

  • ‘Enjoyment of Life’ leave.

  • Monthly product allowance – yes, free beer!

  • Free car parking.

At DB, we brew the joy of true togetherness to inspire a better world.  A big part of that means brewing better people with the heart of our company in our four values:

  • Passion for consumers and customers

  • Care for people and planet

  • Enjoyment of life

  • Courage to dream and pioneer

We’re continuing our journey to becoming an inclusive workplace as we know that diverse views make great brews, and we support flexible working that meets the needs of our people and the business.

DB Breweries is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) and we’re committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.  If you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at the time of application to assist you through the recruitment process.
