About this job…

As a Brewery operator you will play a key role in producing iconic New Zealand & International brands:

  • Operating and executing Brewery operational processes on plant and machines to a high level in line with the standards and procedures.

 

  • Executing the Brewery production plan to schedule

 

  • Executing required quality checks in line with the standards and procedures for all production activities across the Brewery.

 

  • Actively involved in optimizing Brewery performance using continuous improvement practices, DB Breweries uses TPM Methodology

 

 

  • Working according to Heineken Safety, Food Safety & Sustainability standards.

 

  • The Brewery operates on a 24hr rotational roster, and this role operates on a rotating shift of mornings (6:00am – 2:00pm), afternoons (2:00pm – 10:00pm), and night shift (10:00pm to 6:00am)

 

 

About you…

 

Minimum secondary education and either Tertiary Level qualification (Level 4+ in Science, Maintenance, Engineering), or 2-3 years shop floor experience, including continuous improvement in FMCG Operations/Maintenance

 

  • Preference for experience in:
  • Brewing / Biotechnology / Maintenance / FMCG
  • TPM/ lean/ six sigma
