Brand Manager - Heineken

We have an exciting role for you to join our team and play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious pre-determined profit, volume, market share, and equity objectives for our Heineken Brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager - Socializing and Marketing Manager - Heineken to elevate our Heineken Brand as one of our international brands to new heights of success.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager - Heineken in developing and implementing 1 & 3-year brand plans aligned with broader portfolio strategy, including innovation execution, incorporating global methodologies for consistency, setting clear brand guidelines, ensuring timely NPD execution, and maximizing ROI through strategic big bangs.
  • Align with company vision, values, and culture, foster team effectiveness, ensure internal communication, co-write reports, and develop competencies following Heineken/DB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager – Heineken on integrated brand activations across ATL, BTL, and digital, implement media plans, manage agency relationships, optimize ROI, and measure brand performance for corrective actions.
  • Utilize FMCG category management with channel marketing and sales for brand planning. Present brand ideas, plans, and innovations via roadshows, trade visits, reports, and SMAP meetings to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute and amplify your sponsorships and events in line with the brands jobs to be done.
  • Collaborate with innovation project teams to lead the execution of product innovations, support Marketing Manager in assessing launch potential and targets, track and evaluate innovation performance, execute launch plans, and develop packaging in conjunction with Marketing Manager – Heineken.
  • Define consumer promotions strategy to meet brand objectives and collaborate with Trade Marketing on effective pack promotions, GWP promotions, and brand activations.

 

Your background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in FMCG, encompassing promotions, innovations, activations, and brand planning.
  • Proficiency in project management and brand planning.
  • Experience in liaising with agencies, including those specialized in design, advertising, and media.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated ability in innovation.
  • Experience in developing and executing ATL and BTL campaigns, as well as through-the-line development.
  • Familiarity with merchandising/point of sale strategies.
  • Experience in new product development (NPD).
