Outlet Event & Client Relationship Executive
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with MONT clients and Key clients of HML. Led all sponsorship and event activities organized together with MONT clients in close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams especially Marketing/TM and Sales to ensure the execution and evaluation and claims back process properly of the events
- Address pain points of clients and work with wider teams to improve customer experience and besides, enable an analysis of Key Strategic client’s presence business trends as in person discussion with clients and need to able to submit this analysis report to line manager
- Eligible to Implement internal small events that are relevant to Key Accounts on Trade and Management teams. Besides, they need to present Yearly plans and events evaluation reports promptly
RESPONSIBILITY
- Determination of party market (both corporate as private accounts) and quantification of volumes and sales
- Creation of proposition of services for different targets (eg birthday party kit, marriage kit, wedding kit, company reception kit, etc.)
- Creates partnerships with other partners who could support the delivery of the event (eg musicians, technicians, catering, etc.)
- Actively promotes and sells services to key clients – cold calling
- Develops / coordinates creation of sales materials (eg, website, flyers, business cards)
- Develops materials for party service events (draught equipment, bars, tables, chairs, banners, ice boxes, glasses)
- Develops execution of party service (eg tap placement at distributor)
- Manages sales process and optimizes monthly revenues whilst ensuring the delivery of HML brand experience
- Supporting to E-commerce food delivery channel and collaborate working together with other cross functional teams and third party
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
Experience & Knowledge
- 3 Years of experience in customer service or commercial operation in FMCG or relevant business industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels
- Event Management
- Willing to learn and take extra workload and working under pressure
