Outlet Acquisition Executive

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

 

To Acquire Key Outlet from competitors and new upcoming big outlets according to Channel Strategy by building network in F & B channel across the country

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Collect necessary information and data from market for Evaluation
  • Define and prioritize the key-customers base on sales, strategic location and future potential
  • Evaluate and propose to Manager by using customer profitability template
  • Ensure to achieve monthly target (acquire outlets)
  • Ensure to achieve assigned Key projects in time. (Cycle basic)
  • Keep monitoring the sales trend of acquired outlets and reporting to manager by using CPC (Customer Profitability Calculator)
  • Prepare the channel promotions plan / activities for new acquired outlets
  • To build network and improve relationship with outlets’ decision makers / key persons by complying HEINEKEN Ways for Sales
  • Closely work together with MONT team, Trade Marketing & Marketing for sales execution

 

Education & Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field

 

Experience & Knowledge

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in FMCG / F&B Field or Beer industry
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent Self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to lead the implementation of innovation
  • Willing to learn and take extra work load and working under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Result Oriented capabilities
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Myanmar Language is a must
