Area Sales Officer

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

ASO position is the key point of contact between the customer and the Company; he/she have to develop a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the full range products which the company offers. It is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and professional relationship with customers, ensuring the visibility according to PICOS, the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of best-in-class customer service to the assigned area.

RESPONSIBILITY  

  • Prepare routing plan base on territory and follow RSEM routing

  • Ensure sales execution according to PICOS – (NND, TP and SOS)

  • Ensure stocks are enough and recommend selling price base on segment

  • Collect and report the information of competitor’s promotion, activation and market feedback to the KA Executive     

  • Execute promotions (work together with Trade Marketing for POSM arrangement and check promotion is going well and consumer feedback) and report to KA Executive 

  • Building network and improve relationship with key customers by complying HEINEKEN Ways for Sales procedures 

  • Follow and comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules 

  • Deliver sales volume to achieve the monthly & annual sales targets  

  • Able to handle the customer’s complains in a professional manner 

  • Focus on the acquisition of new customers 

REQUIREMENTS  

  • At least Bachelor Degree 

  • At least 3 years working experience in FMCG Field or Beer industry

  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to lead the implementation of innovation

  • Willing to learn and take extra work, and working under pressure

  • Good in English

  • Myanmar Language is a must
