About the Program
The HEINEKEN Myanmar Apprentice Program offers a 12-month hands-on learning experience for young talents to build their careers in a dynamic environment. Apprentices will join a specific function and work on real business projects, gaining technical expertise and professional development under the guidance of experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Affairs department in day-to-day operations and assigned projects
- Participate in learning sessions and performance reviews throughout the program
- Uphold HEINEKEN values and behaviors in all activities
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student from a recognized university or vocational institute
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field:
- Sales (Trade Marketing): Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Supply Chain: Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines
- Corporate Affairs: Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
- Good command of English and Myanmar language
