Apprentice

About the Program

The HEINEKEN Myanmar Apprentice Program offers a 12-month hands-on learning experience for young talents to build their careers in a dynamic environment. Apprentices will join a specific function and work on real business projects, gaining technical expertise and professional development under the guidance of experienced leaders.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Corporate Affairs department in day-to-day operations and assigned projects
  • Participate in learning sessions and performance reviews throughout the program
  • Uphold HEINEKEN values and behaviors in all activities

 

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student from a recognized university or vocational institute
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field:
    • Sales (Trade Marketing): Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
    • Supply Chain: Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines
    • Corporate Affairs: Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
  • Good command of English and Myanmar language
