Supply Chain Business Control Analyst
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Be the support of Supply Chain Business Controller and through good understanding of the Supply Chain processes to support financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting activities within the supply chain function.
- Increase shareholder value for HEINEKEN by setting and supporting delivery of challenging OpCo financial and non-financial targets in the area of Supply Chain within an effective and robust financial control environment.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Business Partnering and Decision Support
- Collect data and assist in cost allocation, budgeting and forecasting for supply chain operations.
- Analyze and optimize business processes by delivering actionable insights to enhance cost efficiency, ensure cost posting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure cost transparency and support automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
- Support the Business Controller in working with the Supply Chain team to develop a detailed cost deployment analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and performance indicators and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders with recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ad hoc supply chain related project assigned by line manager.
2. Business Performance Management
- Ensure accurate and timely month end financial closing for supply chain related costs.
- Reviewing and verifying transportation and warehouse billing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee manufacturing work order processing, ensuring production costs are accurately recorded on a regular basis.
- Analyse monthly overhead and capital expenditure (CapEx) costs to ensure alignment with the budget.
- Support Supply Chain team for fund application form preparation for Capex cost.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide insights and recommendations to adjust strategies as needed.
3. Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Support for the business planning cycle of Supply Chain within the Opco for the 3-year Strategic Plan, Annual Plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA is preferable
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the area of Controlling
