Product Owner
JOB PURPOSE
The Product Owner is part of the Digital Sales Transformation to drive sustainable business growth by improving efficiency, effectiveness, & productivity with customer-first mindset via digital solutions in omnichannel strategy with commercial teams, distributors, wholesaler and customer (retailers).
The Product Owner is responsible to:
- Lead and deploy digital solutions optimizing customer journey with harmonized execution in end-to-end route to customer process
- Proactively improve system usage via process & capabilities shaping
- Driving sales growth and fixing painpoints with internal & external partners

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Fundamental understanding of Product Growth & its activation funnel: Realisation of onboarding, retention and reactivation to have laser sharp focus in shaping value proposition solving painpoints and empowerment as part of omni customer experiences
- The Product Owner is responsible for training & survey with users for new features and changes to ensure sustainable use for optimisation to achieve efficiency & productivity
- Distributor operation flow: Understand distributor operations such as purchase order processing, sales order processing, credit check, return & empties collection, trade term, customer data management, inventory management, sales routing and fleet management
- Deployment: The Product Owner is involved in rolling out technical & business go-live initiation and hypecare for new users who not trained/ briefed
- System integration and process building: Co-create business process with key stakeholders to integrate between systems with business first approach based on primary operational requirements
- Product vision: Owns, creates and communicates clear vision, including requirements for new features and its end-to-end deployment plan to internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder management: Effectively gather input from stakeholders, especially at executives level, manages their expectations, and keeps them informed about product changes and developments relevant to business growth KPI
- Product demonstrations: Demonstrations to showcase new features or improvements to stakeholders, with follow-up for effective sell-in & execution
- Decision-making: Informed & calculated decisions regarding product priorities, scope changes, limitation, mitigation steps and business continuity plan with consensus from sponsors
- Continuous improvement: Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders to improve the product and business process, not limited to restrospective and global Evergreen roadmap
- Radical Collaboration, Change and Communication: Participate in effective communication, alignment, and behavioural change in external & internal stakeholders following HPO framework throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strategic Partnership: Able to accelerate, boost stability, share risk and build capabilities thriving in volatile market with governance, speed to build trust, adaptability and visions
