Digital Sales Transformation Officer
Job Purpose
- The UCE Junior Product Owner for Secondary Sales is part of the UCE Team which has the mission to accelerate business growth by enacting digital transformation across our value chain that bring values and better serve our organisation, distributors, customers, and consumers
- This role plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B application by integrating market understanding, strategic vision, stakeholder engagement, backend management, and customer experience enhancement
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of our product while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
Key Responsibilities
Market Understanding and Customer Insights
- Develop a profound understanding of the B2B market landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and gather valuable customer insights to identify unmet needs, pain points, and potential areas for product innovation
Product Strategy and Vision
- Align with the product vision and strategy to support company goals and objectives
- Contribute to defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on comprehensive market research, customer feedback, and strategic business priorities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on B2B application
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and support in the enhancement of product
Product Backend Management:
- Ensure the design, implementation, and maintenance of backend systems effectively support the requirements of the B2B application
- Monitor backend infrastructure performance and reliability, promptly addressing any issues or bottlenecks to maintain optimal functionality
Product Success and Enhance Customer Experience (UX)
- Continuously evaluate product success through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), user feedback, and market trends
- Optimize the product scope to align with evolving business requirements and proactively address customer feedback to enhance overall user experience
Qualification/ Experience/ Skill Required:
- Graduate, 3 years of work experience in related sales & digital transformation role
- Business acumen coupled with technical expertise
- Strong project and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and time management skill
- Collaborative team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
