Digital Sales Transformation Executive

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Digital Sales Transformation Executive has the mission to drive business growth by implementing smarter ways of working to better serve our sales reps by supporting with correct master data set up and effective route/journey planning for daily operation basic of sales reps.   

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Master Data Maintenance of all system platforms – master data setup of new products, new outlets, and governance of information in all the platforms are unified  

  • Route/Journey Maintenance and Planning – monthly sales routes for Heineken MM sales reps, distributor sales reps and wholesaler sales reps

Route/Journey Planning & Maintaining 

  • Responsible for pre-route preparation, including follow up and finalization of new outlets for each cycle, open outlets in systems and finalize changes  

  • Responsible for planning, maintaining and calibration of routes monthly for the whole country including all the major cities and regions by following the framework and maintain two ways communication with front line sales team

  • Use relevant tools where possible to design the best routes for every single sales reps - master both in house and external tools for monthly route planning  

  • Keep a good balance between sales force size (number of ASOs nationwide) and the number of outlets they maintain monthly and calibrate when necessary. Review the efficiency of route planning results by end of the month together with Execution Excellence Team and to check visits are being completed in a timely manner or not  

  • Upload and share finalized route plans with Sales Managers according to the planning calendar 

Master Data Coordination 

  • Setup a standard master data format across all DST platforms according to the guidelines from retail master and Heineken master data standards

  • Come up with proper data governance structure for the whole organization for all levels of employees  

  • Responsible for the whole outlet masterdata accuracy - 100% every month across all the system platforms (addition, removing, changing of outlets) by coming up with innovation initiatives to achieve this goal by working together with Sales Execution Excellence Manager and Sales Reporting & Insight Manager  

  • Act as the gatekeeper for all master data changes across all platforms by ensuring only a single source of truth 

  • Define and implement a master data governance framework across the organization, covering roles, responsibilities, and approval processes 
  • Prepare and submit system data consistency and quality reports to Masterdata Management SteerCo (monthly meeting with leadership team)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate, 3 years work experience  
  • Exceptional Data Analysis skills   
  • Passion for data with a strong desire to keep improving data standards  
  • Be detail oriented
  • Good understanding of data structures across all digital platforms   
  • Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders   
  • Strong go get things done mindset   
  • Strong desire to grow within the organization   
  • Willingness to learn   
  • Good competency in English (both written and spoken)
