Area Sales Officer
- Prepare assigned routing plan base on territory and follow SEM routing.
- Ensure sales execution according to Heineken Way of Sales & PICOS guidelines – (NND, TP, SOS & Planogram).
- Ensure stocks are available as per trading terms & agreement and following the (RSP) recommended selling price base on segment.
- Collect and report the information of competitor’s promotion, activation and market feedback to the KA Executive
- Execute promotions (work together with Trade Marketing for POSM arrangement and check promotion is going well and consumer feedback) and report to KA Executive.
- Building network and improve relationship with key customers by complying HEINEKEN Ways for Sales procedures
- Follow and comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules
- Deliver sales volume to achieve the monthly & annual sales targets
- Able to handle the customers complains in a professional manner
- Focus on the acquisition of new customers as relevant
- Ensure to represent Heineken brands by dressing up as relevant during operation hours
- Ensure to execute Cycle KPIs and regular reporting through structured guidelines
- Ensure to contribute feedback, findings & complaints from both customer & consumer during scheduled sales meeting
