Area Sales Officer

  • Prepare assigned routing plan base on territory and follow SEM routing.
  • Ensure sales execution according to Heineken Way of Sales & PICOS guidelines – (NND, TP, SOS & Planogram).
  • Ensure stocks are available as per trading terms & agreement and following the (RSP) recommended selling price base on segment.
  • Collect and report the information of competitor’s promotion, activation and market feedback to the KA Executive    
  • Execute promotions (work together with Trade Marketing for POSM arrangement and check promotion is going well and consumer feedback) and report to KA Executive. 
  • Building network and improve relationship with key customers by complying HEINEKEN Ways for Sales procedures
  • Follow and comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules
  • Deliver sales volume to achieve the monthly & annual sales targets
  • Able to handle the customers complains in a professional manner
  • Focus on the acquisition of new customers as relevant
  • Ensure to represent Heineken brands by dressing up as relevant during operation hours
  • Ensure to execute Cycle KPIs and regular reporting through structured guidelines
  • Ensure to contribute feedback, findings & complaints from both customer & consumer during scheduled sales meeting
