Warehouse Admin

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Participate to manage and develop the HEINEKEN Myanmar Logistics Team 

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Checking Incoming RM PM against P.O packing list& Invoice prepare GRN
  • Timely Updating RMPM incoming (GRNs), supply to production (GIRs) in System
  • RMPM Purchase Request raising in System
  • List out write off material and handling damage
  • Perform Stock count monthly
  • Coordinate with packaging and planning to supply raw and packaging material, auxiliary material stocks in time
  • Work under company’ s quality policy

Receiving of raw, packaging and auxiliary materials

  • Receiving and offloading of delivered goods
  • Verify quantities of actual stock received against delivery note or invoice
  • Identify and resolve stock differences
  • Store away goods received
  • Minimise damages to goods received
  • Complete and file documentation (e.g. delivery notes) for reference

Handling and storage of materials

  • Store all materials as per storage requirements (GMP, Compatibility, etc)
  • Apply the FEFO/FIFO principles
  • Advise on stock age and out-of-stocks
  • Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping
  • Implement stock rotation systems
  • Carry out stock counts as per company procedures and requirements

Material issuing and transfers

  • Advise on stock levels as per production plan
  • Ensure adherence to material requisition system
  • Issue stock as per material requisitions or process order
  • Transfer stocks to relevant locations using SAP
  • Verify stock returns before transferring back to warehouse
  • Weekly / Monthly inventory report

Management of quality and SHE in the warehouse

  • Rotate stock using FEFO/FIFO principles
  • Ensure that goods received are sampled, tested and released
  • Follow stacking and storage requirements
  • Participate in safety meetings and committees
  • Segregate and dispose waste as per SHE requirements and standards
  • Report safety incidents and accidents

To ensure a safe working environment where all legal requirements are met in socially responsible manner.

  • Ensure compliance with acts and procedures.
  • Use PPE.
  • Ensure correct storage, handling and disposal of hazardous substances.
  • Report incidents.
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Participate in team risk management processes.

To ensure compliance of Operational Standards/ System of Company (ISO/ HACCP/ Food Safety/ Laboratory Star System/ etc.).

  • Follow rules, requirements and procedure of operating systems. Participate in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • University Graduate, prefer diploma in Warehouse management
  • Minimum 3-year experience in related field
  • Proficient in Office 365, and required intermediate Excel level (Pivot, Vlook-Up, and etc,...)
  • Able to communicate in both English and Local Languages.
