Training & TPM Intern

Provide end-to-end support on training programs:

• Pre-training arrangements: Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, and preparing training materials
• Post-training arrangements: Gather feedback from participants, analyze the effectiveness of the training, and implement improvements
• Data collection and preparing training reports: Collect relevant data during and after training sessions and compile comprehensive reports to present findings and insights

Assist with TPM System:

• Communication and awareness raising: Handle TPM communication within the organization through various communication channels
• Data collection: Gather data related to TPM activities from each department
• Prepare reports: Compile data and insights into clear, actionable reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Monitor the BCS system:

• Data collection: Gather and organize data to upload BCS system OTIF
