Function: Supply Chain
Sub Function: Supply Chain - Customer, Logistics and Distribution
Type of Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Ensure service level (Case Fill Rate) results.
- Lead S&OP cycle with Heineken USA.
- Direct communication with HNK USA, Heineken Mexico Teams (Product Logistics, Transport, WH, Quality, Finance, D&T, Procurement) and External Parties (MX/US Customs, Ocean & Road Carriers).
- Close follow-up to HNK USA NPI’s, delistings, seasonal and end-year operation.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and long-term value.
- Ensure client satisfaction through data-driven actions based on continuous service feedback and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HNK USA informed (early warnings) of any potential risk in the supply chain and analyze feasible solutions for specific situations.
- Provide guidance to Local and Global Procurement teams regarding suppliers’ service fulfillment and address specific issues that require solutions.
- Ensure the reception of the Annual Plan and monthly Rolling Forecasts.
- Define monthly volume targets with Finance.
- Conduct annual review of Service Level Agreement with HNK USA.
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor´s degree
- Experience: minimum 5 years in Logistics (Supply Chain / Warehousing / Customer Service / Transport)
- English level: Advanced (Frequent communication with international teams, spoken and written)
- Customer Service Relationship Management
- Microsoft Office: Advanced (Power BI desirable)
- Analytical capacity and decision making
- Negotiation skills
