Objetivo:

Garantizar la correcta ejecución y supervisión del proceso de cierre contable mensual (Record to Report), asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas contables, controles internos y requerimientos regulatorios, mediante el análisis financiero profundo, la gestión eficiente de información y la coordinación con stakeholders globales, contribuyendo a la precisión de la información financiera, la mejora continua de procesos y el desarrollo del equipo. 

Actividades:

• Actuar como la mano derecha del Contador Líder, apoyando en la coordinación del cierre contable mensual y asegurando el cumplimiento de fechas límite y KPIs.

• Liderar y ejecutar actividades complejas del proceso Record to Report durante el cierre de mes.

• Gestionar y aprovechar bases de datos para respaldar análisis contables complejos y la toma de decisiones.

• Realizar y revisar conciliaciones críticas de cuentas, asegurando exactitud e integridad.

• Analizar y explicar movimientos significativos en el Estado de Resultados (P&L) y el Balance General.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas contables, controles internos y requerimientos de ICFR (Control Interno sobre Información Financiera).

• Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas, y coordinar la resolución de hallazgos de auditoría.

• Revisar el trabajo de los analistas, brindar orientación técnica y contribuir a su mentoría y desarrollo.

• Atender solicitudes de stakeholders globales, asegurando entregables oportunos y de alta calidad.

• Identificar e implementar activamente iniciativas de mejora continua enfocadas en eficiencia, calidad y estandarización de procesos.

Requisitos:

• Lic. Contaduria, Administración, a fin.
• 3 años de experiencia en áreas a fines
• Excel: avanzado 
• Power BI: Intermedio
• Conocimiento de SAP, Oracle .
• Inglés: avanzado
