Objetivo:

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de Record to Report, garantizando la integridad, exactitud y oportunidad de la información financiera mediante el cierre contable mensual, la administración de cuentas de balance, activos fijos y contratos de arrendamiento, así como el soporte a auditorías internas y externas.

Actividades:

• Ejecutar las actividades de cierre contable mensual (Record to Report), asegurando el cumplimiento de calendarios y políticas contables.

• Analizar, conciliar y dar seguimiento a cuentas de balance, identificando y corrigiendo variaciones o diferencias.

• Administrar el ciclo de vida de activos fijos, incluyendo altas, bajas, depreciaciones y conciliaciones contables.

• Gestionar contratos de arrendamiento conforme a normativas contables aplicables (ej. IFRS 16 / ASC 842).

• Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas, preparando información, conciliaciones y documentación de respaldo.

Requisitos: 

• Licenciatura en Administración, Contaduría o carrera afín.

• Inglés intermedio–avanzado.

• Experiencia en el uso de SAP o conocimiento de algún ERP.

• Conocimientos de contabilidad general y principios contables.

• Conocimiento en conciliaciones de cuentas de balance y análisis contable.

• Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel).

• Deseable conocimiento en Power BI.

• Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
