Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Revenue Management activities across LatAm OpCos, serving as an independent advisor and strategic partner to the business.
  • Align and drive the Revenue Management agenda and strategy within OpCos, ensuring continuous optimization of Volume, Revenue, and GP to achieve Annual Plan targets.
  • Lead the Revenue Management SteerCo (LatAm) to establish Revenue Management targets based on collective insights and recommendations.
  • Assist Sales Directors in developing account plans and promotional calendars within established Revenue Management guardrails.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree. 
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Management.
  • Language: advanced proficiency in English. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management. 
  • Ability to deliver analysis, insights, and key data visually in a clear and compelling manner.
