Objetivo:
Asegurar la correcta gestión y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con el proceso Purchase to Pay, mediante el análisis, seguimiento y control de facturas, pagos y cuentas transitorias en SAP, garantizando un servicio oportuno a proveedores y clientes internos, así como el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos.
Actividades:
- Gestionar facturas y excepciones en SAP (SAP IM).
- Mantener cuentas transitorias relacionadas con el procesamiento de facturas a pago.
- Procesar y entregar reportes relacionados con el estatus de pago a proveedores y la antigüedad de saldos en cuentas transitorias de acreedores.
- Manejar de manera efectiva inquietudes y excepciones.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo exitosas con clientes clave (key stakeholders).
- Brindar apoyo efectivo de primera línea y mantener comunicación constante.
- Identificar cargas de trabajo altas y posibles cuellos de botella, y reportarlos al líder del equipo para evitar incumplimientos de SLA.
- Apegarse consistentemente a lineamientos, políticas y regulaciones de HMEX, Globales y EXPINS, incluyendo las áreas de Impuestos, Pagos y Purchase to Pay.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura terminada (Titulado/a).
- Buen manejo de SAP y Excel.
- Nivel intermedio de inglés.
- Proactividad y excelente servicio al cliente.
- Experiencia en manejo de proveedores.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Capacidad de análisis.
