Objetivo:

Asegurar el correcto control, análisis y conciliación de las cuentas por pagar, garantizando el cumplimiento de controles internos, el seguimiento de incidencias y la correcta gestión de saldos de proveedores, mediante una colaboración cercana con stakeholders clave y enfoque en mejora continua del proceso.

Actividades:

• Realizar conciliaciones entre cuentas contables relacionadas con cuentas por pagar (anticipos, GR/IR, saldos abiertos de proveedores, entre otros).

• Ejecutar los controles internos PTP-14 (Supervisión de Saldos de Proveedores Abiertos) y PTP-24 (Supervisión de GR/IR) de principio a fin, incluyendo análisis, identificación de causa raíz, seguimiento e informes mensuales.

• Dar seguimiento a la resolución de incidencias con proveedores y usuarios internos.

• Colaborar estrechamente con los principales stakeholders para atender áreas de oportunidad identificadas en el proceso de cuentas por pagar.

• Fungir como contacto principal (en conjunto con el coordinador) para consultas relacionadas con saldos de cuentas por pagar, trabajando en coordinación con A&R, Procurement y PtP Manager del OpCo.

• Apoyar en el cumplimiento de SLA/KPIs del área y contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso.

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en procesos de Accounts Payable.

• Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.

• Nivel de inglés: Upper-Intermediate.

• Soft skills: sentido de urgencia, pensamiento analítico, enfoque en resolución de problemas, organización, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y gestión de stakeholders.
