Project Manager Finance and Procurement

Define, prepare, lead and execute the deployment of the Global Business Platform(s) in scope of the Digital Backbone. Successfully meet the project deliverables on time, in full and within budget. Being a PM involves managing and monitoring the deployment plans and risk management.

This role is part of the Regional Transition Team, works closely with D&T counterparts and Global Functions in a complex and fast paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly and properly communicated to all different groups of stakeholders.

 

Roles & responsabilities

Design and lead the platform deployment plan and change strategy, ways of working and capabilities required to mobilize and collaborate with DBB Deployment, OpCo and Global Functions to align and achieve DBB program objectives.
Maintain the project drumbeat, leads and guides deployment process. Leads planning and management of resources..
Manages the relation with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategical level.
Key experiencies/Skills
+5 years of managerial experience required in a complex international environment and in cross functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation
Required work experience in Finance & Procurement.
Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
Functional skills: stakeholder management, change Management, organizational transformation, Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking.
Fluent English is a must.
