• Definir y desarrollar el roadmap de los requisitos funcionales.

• Generar benchmarks con otros productos y proporcionar ideas de innovación continua.

• Alineamiento funcional y comunicación con pares y stakeholders.

• Configurar focusgroups y analizar los comentarios de los clientes para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

• Realizar un seguimiento analítico del valor de las funcionalidades del producto.

Requisitos

• 1+ exp en áreas de desarrollo de procesos y productos, analytics.

• Conocimiento de tecnologías web y apps.

• Inglés Avanzado.

• MS Excel Avanzado.

• Habilidades de comunicación y de organización.

• Conocimiento en ventas. Power BI.
