Actividades clave

• Desarrollar y liderar la estrategia de sustentabilidad dentro del área de Abastecimientos y con proveedores.

• Conectar con el ecosistema de sustentabilidad en la empresa y articular una fuente única de verdad como roadmap de descarbonización de Scope3.

• Conectará y coordinará con todos los recursos de sustentabilidad dentro de la empresa: Asuntos Corporativos, Manufactura, Logística y Global.

• Colaborar y empujar a proveedores locales y globales para establecer estrategias de descarbonización claras y ambiciosas que requerirán inversión por el lado de los proveedores.

• Negociación con proveedores la monetización y captura de beneficios económicos derivados de las estrategias de sustentabilidad con beneficio en Evergreen F&F.

• Impulsar el cambio cultural y organizacional para incorporar el ángulo de sustentabilidad en las estrategias y negociaciones con proveedores.

Requisitos

• Carrera terminada: Ingeniería.

• 3-5+ años de experiencia (2-3+ en temas de Sustentabilidad o relacionado).

• Inglés Avanzado.

• Habilidades de organización y stakeholder management. Capacidad de síntesis.

• Alto grado de influencia y liderazgo.

• Habilidades de negociación.
